  • Submission is only available online.
  • Submission period is until April 5, 2025 (PM 24:00). Please respect the deadline.
  • Please upload a WORD format

TITLE

  • The title should be specific (no abbreviations) and should indicate exactly the research theme.

AUTHOR(S)

  • The designation of a single presenter is required to complete a submission.
  • The presenter can be a first author or one of coauthors.

Benefits for case/abstract presenters

  • Faculty
    Selected case/abstract presenters will be invited as faculty, Travel Grant will be supported.
  • Free Registration
    Full registration fee will be waived for case/abstract presenters.
  • Cash Rewards for Best Case Presenter and for Best Abstract Presenter
    The winners of each competition session will receive cash rewards of 500$
